A native Californian, John comes from Glendale and received his education both in California and Ireland. After attending California State University Northridge, John joined British Airways in 1973 working in various sales & marketing positions including Manager of Automated Sales, Western USA. John left British Airways in 1988 to join a nationwide Real Estate franchise, bringing his 15 year background in marketing and direct sales to home sales. A consistent producer, John joined Dilbeck Realtors in 1992. When asked about his business philosophy John says:

"It is important to remember that real estate is not just about houses. When you buy or sell your home - of course you want to get the best price you can - but there is always more to it than that. I take the extra time to understand the whole picture. By taking this time to understand your needs, I can be sure nothing gets overlooked. My goal is to negotiate the best possible value for your property & ensure that you get world class service as well. I measure my success by how well I serve my clients".

A Realtor since 1988, John is member of the Pasadena /Foothill Association of Realtors. Recognized by Dilbeck Realtors for his consistent sales success, he is a member of Dilbeck s coveted "Winner s Circle". Combining great service, up-to-date marketing techniques and good, old-fashioned hard work, John constantly seeks innovative sales methods. John is active in the real estate community as: 2007 President of the Pasadena / Foothill Assoc. of Realtors, 2008 Chair of the California Assoc. of Realtors Multiple Listing Committee, a Director of the Pasadena / Foothill Assoc. of Realtors Charitable Foundation, Itech Mentor of new agents for Dilbeck Realtors & La Crescenta Senior Residential Specialist.
