A forty-five year resident of La Crescenta, Anne Hopkins Moser fondly remembers growing up in this beautiful valley above Los Angeles. Along with memories, Anne hosts a valuable wealth of knowledge of the immediate and surrounding areas that she puts to work for her clients every day. Offering loyal service, a strong work ethic and a keen attention to detail, Anne's clients are her number one priority. And, helping them find a place to call home is her number one goal. Anne has nearly a decade of real estate experience, five of those years with Dilbeck/Christies.  In addition, Anne has over ten years experience in both marketing and personnel and nearly 20 years of experience volunteering locally. That experience transfers seamlessly to the world of real estate where Anne can market your home with skill or find you that special home of your dreams. Anne and her husband live in the Crescenta Valley along with their two children where she volunteers as a PTA board for Glendale Council PTA.  She is a Past President of Rosemont Middle School PTA and has held numerous PTA positions at the elementary and high school levels.  She is also a Girl Scout leader for a local troop.  Her devotion to the schools and organizations in our community makes it possible for her to effectively network for her clients to find and sell those very special properties. Anne enjoys writing, traveling and especially hosting friends and family at her home right here in town!
