About Me
Charlie comes to Dilbeck GMAC after many
years as a real estate investor. After buying and selling a number
of his own properties, both locally and out-of-state, he became convinced that
property ownership is one of the best investments one can make over time and
that real estate is his true passion.
Without knowing how it would all
fit together, Charlie s background has prepared him perfectly for his career as
a Realtor. He learned about people s motivations and behaviors as a Summa
Cum Laude graduate in Psychology. After moving to Los Angeles, he began a
long career as an Assistant Director in the film and television industry,
learning how to communicate, manage, and interact with even the most difficult
of personalities. Charlie is also certified as a Life Coach and Master
Relationship Coach, enabling him to read between the lines and to truly hear and
understand his clients needs and wants. In addition, his years as a real
estate investor have trained him to market and think outside the box and allowed
him to master the arts of property analysis and negotiation.
Charlie is a
happily transplanted Northeasterner, having been raised and educated in New York
and New Jersey. Once he got a taste of Southern California sunshine and
opportunity, however, he drove cross-country the summer after college and never
looked back.
A 13-year resident of South Pasadena, Charlie is a member of
the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors,
Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors, and Pacific West Association of
Realtors. He is also a member of the Los Angeles Conservancy and has
volunteered with the Pasadena AIDS Service Center and Project Angel Food.
Other hobbies include cooking, photography, travel, the performing arts, and
continuous learning and personal development.
Charlie s goal is to
develop lifelong relationships with his clients by focusing on their needs and
desires and exceeding their expectations and goals. Call him to discuss
your next property purchase.
