Melinda Henkel was born in Ohio and raised in the US as a daughter of an Air Force MST Sergeant living in many states. She currently resides in Glendora, California with her husband Bob. They have three children, two sons and a daughter. She attended Arcadia High School.

Melinda has been a licensed Realtor® since 1998 and started her career with Baldwin Real Estate Services, based in Arcadia, California. During her 12 year Real Estate career, she has always strived to provide her clients with the highest level of customer service together with honesty, integrity and a great deal of knowledge.

During her career, she has been involved with all facets of the buying and selling of real estate. Her long list of clients include the traditional Buyer and Seller of residential property, Relocation, Units, New Homes, Trustees, Successor Trustees, Executors and Administrators of Estates as well as representing lenders in the sale of Foreclosed or Bank Owned  properties.

Melinda joined Dilbeck Real Estate in March of last year when Baldwin Real Estate Services and Dilbeck Real Estate joined forces. Both companies are well known for their family oriented philosophy and the high level of dedication to their clients. Dilbeck Real Estate is a local, family owned business with 14 offices in Southern California, has over 750 agents and is headquartered in La Canada, California. Over the years she has earned many prestigious awards for her sales production and volume and most recently was awarded the Dilbeck Real Estate’s “President’s Council” Award as well as being named the #1 Sales Associate for the Glendora Office in 2009.
