Licensed since 1969 and with 32 years of full time real estate experience, Mario has been a consistently top producing agent committed to leadership and excellence. Building his experience in insurance underwriting and general contracting, he opened his own real estate company in 1976. In 1982, Mario consolidated his company with a large real estate firm. His multi-faceted experience includes, residential and residential income sales, investment, commercial and industrial sales, investment packaging, and commercial/industrial leasing. He has also been a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association since 1985. Mario's dedication to his profession is exemplified in his service to his local Burbank Association. A Director for nine years, Treasurer for two, Mario has served two terms as President of the Burbank Assocation in 1989 and 1996. He has served as representative to the California and National Associations as well. Born in Italy, and a Burbank resident since 1966, he is active within the community as a life member and past president of the Unico National Italian American service club, past member of the Advisory Council of the Burbank Unified School District, and a member of the Editiorial Advisory Board of the Leader Newspapers. Mario currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Burbank YMCA and is a committee member of the Providence/St. Joseph Medical Center Foundation.
