Kristen Alrayes

Kristen Alrayes has been selling real estate for over four years in the Santa Clarita Valley.  Kristen works at Dilbeck Real Estate Real Living where she can use the best technology available to help clients sell their homes while working with the best support staff and affiliates in the business.  Her knowledge and expertise help her clients feel at ease during the process of buying or selling their home.  She prides herself on being an effective and timely communicator.

Kristen Alrayes is a California girl born and raised in the San Fernando Valley.  She attended Cal State University at Northridge where she received her B.A. of Sociology.  She enjoyed learning about different people and cultures and felt driven to work with people of all different backgrounds and help others.  She loves working in real estate where she can combine those loves. 

Kristen Alrayes is married with five children and loves being an active member of this valley.  She has always enjoyed helping others and working with people.  She is an active member of the Santa Clarita Mother of Multiples organization and is their Mom's Night Out coordinator.  When Kristen is not working, she is usually with her husband and her children or taking them to classes and activities in the Santa Clarita Valley.  She loves raising her children in this wonderful family environment.
