Carrie Grochow

Carrie is one of Dilbeck Real Estate's multi-million dollar producers, year in and year out.  In 2012 alone, she represented buyers and sellers in nineteen purchase, sale, and lease transactions, making her the #1 agent in Dilbeck's La Canada office.  Carrie was also voted La Canada'a Best Real Estate Agent for 2012 by La Canada Valley Sun readers.

Carrie's dedication to her work has placed her among the top one percent of Dilbeck agents.  She repeatedly has earned quarterly and annual recognition for her outstanding performance.  As a fourth genereation Southern Californian currently living in La Canada Flintridge, she has extensive knowledge of the areas she serves, including La Canada Flintridge, La Crescenta, Montrose, Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, Altadena, South Pasadena, San Marino, Sierra Madre, Arcadia, and neighboring cities.   Her community involvement in such organization as the Glendale chapter of the National Charity League and the the La Canada Flintridge Chamber of Commerce helps her stay connected to local neighborhoods and abreast of the market.

Upon graduating from California State University, Long Beach, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Carrie entered the banking world.  For fifteen years she worked as a Senior Trust Officer with three different banks, managing trust portfolios as high as five billion dollars in assets.  In 1996, Carrie left banking to become a real estate agent, joining Dilbeck's La Canada office.  The professional and practical experience she gained from banking has served her well throughout her real estate career.
