The Relocation and Corporate Services Department of Dilbeck Realtors, GMAC Real Estate was founded back in the1980's as “The Relocation Department”. Jill Silvas, the founder and leader of the RCS department (until 1997), was successful in establishing the Dilbeck name throughout the country.
Over the years as a premier provider in the field of relocation, the RCS Department has evolved into a multi-faceted division dedicated to the development and servicing a wide range of business channels.
The Relocation department also plays a significant role as Dilbeck Realtors responds to the rapidly changing landscape of the real estate brokerage industry. The current range of services provided throughout the Northern Los Angeles County area include:
• Servicing the needs of local and national corporations with their relocating employees.
• Developing corporate affinity services with local and national employers and organizations.
• Servicing broker referrals from within our company, and to our company from Realtors outside the Dilbeck market area.
• Pursuing service-provider relationships with technology based Internet companies.
• Working with lenders and asset management companies in the disposition of REO properties.
Our RCS Department is comprised of Marlene Coakes, Relocation Director, Cathryn Warren, Referral Consultant, and Maggie Ikemi, Business Development Manager (credit unions). Our Team of Dilbeck sales associates is at the core our delivery system in each service area.
This sales team is a highly trained group of referral and relocation specialists, striving to exceed the expectations of our corporate customers.
