To this end, our managers are invested in our training programs so that training happens all the time, and in all departments, often without a formal classroom setting. Training for New Agents

Real Estate Contract Essentials- More Details
Dilbeck Realtors’ Real Estate Contract Essentials course is a four-day program designed to familiarize new agents with the most commonly used contracts and forms in a real estate transaction. Through both lecture and experiential group and individual exercises, agents will learn essential points of California Real Estate Law and Dilbeck Realtors GMAC Real Estate policies necessary for writing solid Listing, Purchase, and Buyer Agreements.

Express to Success- More Details
Dilbeck Realtors’ Express to Success is a one-week program designed to introduce new agents to the company and the practice of real estate. It is an intensive learning experience offering newer agents a strong foundation in all aspects of residential Real Estate practice.

8 Weeks to Success
Our exclusive Coached/Mentored 8-weeks to success program is the final element that differentiates Dilbeck Realtors new agent training from others. Our “Hands On” 8-week approach where our new candidates are accompanied into the field to experience real life examples of listing and selling real estate along with prospecting, open houses and customer service techniques to help you set good work habits and build a foundation that will last you for years to come.

Weekly Regional Training
Weekly training takes place in all offices in both office meetings as well as weekly training sessions in which industry experts are often brought in to help agents of all levels sharpen their skills and stay abreast of industry trends.

A.I.M Training
Dilbeck Realtors exclusive A.I.M. program, administered in each office, hels our agents start "ON TARGET" throughout thier entire career so they can be as successful and productive as possible.

Technology Classes
On any given week, you’ll find a real estate technology class going on in any one of our offices. With over thirty-five classes to choose from, our Technology Trainer makes sure our agents are exposed to the most up-to-date trends in technology.

Roundtable Events
Think of them as Dilbeck Realtors Conventions, offered bi-annually, these events bring together the “best of the best” at Dilbeck Realtors. Agents from all 15 Dilbeck Realtors offices get together and present new ideas or back-to-basic concepts, which have proven successful in current market conditions.
