Ongoing Agent Training

Training isn’t an event; it’s a process that goes beyond the classroom. At Dilbeck Realtors, we believe that learning anything takes repetitive practice and support. To this end, our managers are invested in our training programs so that training happens all the time, and in all departments, often without a formal classroom setting. The formal courses offered at Dilbeck Realtors range from training the real estate novice, to training the experienced agent whose goal is to operate at the next level of success.

Weekly Regional Training

Weekly training takes place in all offices in both office meetings as well as weekly training sessions in which managers as well as industry experts are brought in to help agents of all levels sharpen their skills and stay abreast of industry trends. Agents can attend this training in their own office or visit any of our 15 offices for special training sessions.

Technology Classes

Dilbeck Realtors GMAC is a company that is dedicated to providing it agents with both the tools and the knowledge to effectively use those tools. Dilbeck offers agents extensive training in the effective use of the computer and the technology tools that are available for the real estate industry. Our in-house instructor has an extensive background in computer training and as a real estate agent is knowledgeable in all aspects of technology that affect today’s agents. On any given week, you will find a real estate technology class going on in any one of our offices. With over thirty-five classes on standard office software, real estate specific software and other technology tools, our Technology Instructor makes sure that our agents are exposed to the most up-to-date trends in technology. The instructor uses a computer and data projector to teach each application and connects directly to the MLS and the Internet for real time applications. Roundtable Events

Think of them as Dilbeck Realtors Conventions, offered bi-annually, these events bring together the “best of the best” at Dilbeck Realtors. Agents from all 15 Dilbeck Realtor offices get together and present new ideas or back-to-basic concepts, which have proven successful in current market conditions.
