About Carol Ann
Carol Ann has been a licensed Realtor® for 15 years, and with active real estate licenses in both California and Illinois, she brings a unique perspective to her clients. Knowledge of two markets offers two very different but enlightening perspectives. In addition to traditional residential real estate services, she provides out-of-state and international real estate connections thanks to her cross country network and her brokerage’s affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®
Before following her Real Estate passion, Carol Ann spent years honing her customer service, marketing and technology skills in the Hospitality industry. Not only did she own her own restaurant, she managed several well-known Chicago restaurants, was New Concept Manager for a franchised organization with 200+ stores, and Sales Manager for a tech firm that helped restaurants find technology solutions. Carol Ann learned to embrace and get creative about what technology can do for business and how to market online. She puts social media and other tech tools to work whenever possible. This savvy, modern sense of marketing possibilities is an important part of what Carol Ann brings to the real estate table. But this background has also proven her strong sense of service, which brings a personal touch to her business relationships: “I love getting to know my clients and finding them the perfect match. I’ve been fortunate to have worked with such fantastic and loyal clients over the years.” She is continually humbled when past clients call and would like help with another purchase or sale.
Carol Ann started her real estate career in Chicago and continues to help clients with her team at @properties, Chicago’s largest independent real estate brokerage firm. Since then, and after joining the amazing team at Dilbeck Real Estate in early 2015, she has become well known throughout the Foothill communities for her dedication to managing and coordinating all stages of real estate purchase and sale transactions.
Why California? Southern California averages 287 days of sun per year, endless opportunities for adventure, great schools and universities, snowcapped mountains and beautiful, sandy beaches. Carol Ann is living in the Glendora home where her husband grew up, along with their 16 year old daughter and collection of rescue pets (currently two dogs and a cat).
Carol Ann is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtor, the Illinois Association of Realtors, the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors, the Chicago Association of Realtors, and has obtained the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and the LeadingRE Relocation Specialist designations.
