After actively being in the real estate industry for more than 16 years and running my boutique Real Estate Brokerage in Toronto, Canada. I moved to Burbank, CA. to be closer to family especially my lovely grandchildren.
Back in year 2000, shortly after I immigrated to Canada, I found that my experience as a bank officer, dealing with agricultural and agro-industrial development projects which all had real estate financing and development components, equipped me with skills that were a perfect match with a career in the real estate industry. I also enjoy the rewarding experience of connecting my clients with their dream home and the problem solving that’s involved in each real estate transactions.
I love to share my experiences, help my colleagues as much as I can, also learn from them at any given time, therefore office atmosphere and people who we spend time with each other is very important to me. Dilbeck Real Estate and its strong core value and friendly atmosphere, is a great match for my core values and it is where that I felt right at home, so do my clients.
As a Realtor, I try my best to understand the potential client’s needs. To do so, I wear my consulting hat first, and I won’t take any action before realizing what would be the best option to properly help potential clients. I educate potential buyers and sellers to become familiar with real estate transactions that they are willing to get in. By this means potential clients can evaluate how much knowledgeable and reliable their realtor is.
Each client has unique needs, so the result is always surprising. For me, different challenges that I face to provide outstanding results for my clients is a valuable learning session.
I am inspired by seeing my clients’ happy faces and satisfaction. I am committed to achieving that; before, during and after every single real estate transaction. And no matter how big or small, for me, it’s very rewarding.
When I started my real estate career, I knew very few people in Toronto. By winning their trust and respect one at a time I was able to create a great network of satisfied clients who contact me for help or refer me to their family and friends. In my free time, I enjoy reading, attending to the seminars and seeking for any piece of valuable information to mobilize myself to properly protect my clients best interest. I also love to spending time with my family especially my lovely wife and grandchildren.
