Gary Frueholz is a real estate professional with over a seventeen years of experience. Gary has been a realtor with Dilbeck since 1998, worked previously as a project manager of real estate development projects, and also currently volunteers as a member of the Planning Commission for the City of Alhambra. He has a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California (1992). This past April Gary won the prestigious Premier Service Diamond Agent Award. This national award is given to agents who provide superior service to home buyers and sellers. To qualify an agent must receive a minimum of 97 percent customer statisfaction rating. Gary works with clients directly from BEGINNING TO END of a transaction since he does not hand off any client to an assistant.
