It’s all in the Details – For Anne, her success is all in the details -- details that are crucial in Real Estate and especially to her clients. With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Redlands (with an emphasis in layout and design), Anne brings detailed communication expertise to her Real Estate business. She works to gain a deep understanding of her clients’ needs, keeps the lines of communication open and consistent, and keeps the vast details of a Real Estate transaction in check and on time. Anne uses her layout and design expertise to help her clients prepare and market their homes for sale, emphasizing the property’s unique and desired aesthetics. She also negotiates and navigates transactions to a successful closing, keeping an eye out for issues that could turn into problems and works diligently to mitigate them before they affect the outcome of the transaction. To Anne’s clients, the quality of her service is paramount. Anne has specialized in listing and selling homes throughout Southern California since 2005 and has consistently earned Dilbeck’s Platinum Advantage Awards for outstanding customer care and Dilbeck’s Sales Awards recognizing her outstanding sales production. She is a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Short Sale Specialist (SFR). Anne has worked with countless buyers and sellers to help them attain their Real Estate goals – concentrating on a personalized approach that delivers a specialized level of service to each one of her clients. A familiar comment from Anne’s clients is, “I always felt that I was her only client.” A portion of Anne’s business comes from a niche market with sellers who have lost a family member or friend and have found themselves in the position of having to navigate both the emotional and business aspects of selling their loved one’s property. This is one of the hardest tasks any seller can embark on and is a journey Anne readily takes on providing her sellers support while employing her skills to assist in readying the property for sale, marketing it, and managing the transaction to a successful sale and closing. Anne lives in the Crescenta Valley where she was born and raised and attended GUSD schools in La Crescenta, including Crescenta Valley High School. Following her university graduation, Anne worked at XEROX as an Administrative Assistant in Sales, moving up to Marketing Analyst and then Human Resources Branch Manager. During that time, she met her husband Steve on a blind date and the rest, as they say, is history. When their first child Geoffrey was born, Anne began her adventure as a ‘stay-at-home-Mom’ and within six months had started her second career volunteering as Board Member and eventual Board President of Glendale Community College’s Parent Education Association. When their second child Katie was born five years later, Anne began volunteering for PTA, Glendale Council PTA, Girl Scouts, Glendale Unified School District Advisory Council, School Redistricting Committees and the Glendale Education Foundation as well as her local Home Owner’s Association Board. She was 4 term PTA President for the local Middle School and a Girl Scout Leader for 13 years. In 2005, Anne earned her Real Estate License and joined Dilbeck Real Estate.
