About Butch
Butch has owned and operated a successful real estate appraisal company for the past 20 years which has given him a keen sense of home values and has made him an expert in the real estate field. He has also been a motivated licensed real estate sales agent since 1999. He has extensive knowledge of different types of properties ranging from vacant land to multi-units. Because of his work experience in the real estate field he is extremely familiar with Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Butch is a positive, trust worthy and friendly person to work with. He loves working with his clients and truly enjoys helping them with their real estate needs. Butch grew up in Los Angeles and presently lives in the Conejo Valley. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Oregon. He has two grown children that live locally. On his free time he enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his two pugs.
