In many cases, it may not be to just sell or buy a house – it needs to make sense for the client. This is the primary reason my clients return and refer their family and friends. Being a lifetime resident of the market I primarily serve, I keep myself a ‘market expert on the area. This includes knowing varying facets of value in our neighborhoods, developing strong relationships with local agents, understating market values and trends, and staying involved with the local community in whatever way possible.
