My objective is to treat each client as though they are part of my immediate family and I am not afraid to let my clients know if they are choosing the property that does not meet their specific needs. In many cases, it may not be to just sell or buy a house – it needs to make sense for the client. This is the primary reason my clients return and refer their family and friends.
Being a lifetime resident of the market I primarily serve, I keep myself a ‘market expert' on the area. In addition to local market knowledge, I am well versed with property condition and will assist my clients with inspection review, a detailed list of specialist contractors, and analysis of repair costs. Another belief is developing and maintaining strong relationships with local agents and other third party entities such as Title and Escrow Contacts.
