Randye has extensive experience satisfying the needs of corporate clients. In addition to working with numerous trust attorneys and professional fiduciaries, Randye has spent 10 years as an integral part of an REO team, co-listing properties for such clients as Fannie Mae, Chase, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Working with corporate clients has ensured that Randye is fully up to date with technological advances and today’s real estate market.
A transplanted New Yorker, Randye graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University. She continued her studies, earning an M.F.A. at the University of Virginia. She spent years running a professional theater in Washington DC, where she met her husband and started a family.
Randye’s experience in running a theater translates into a work ethic that demands exacting perfection. She treats each transaction with the same care and attention to detail that she showed when opening her award-winning shows. She understands deadlines and has years of experience in contract negotiations.
Randye moved to the San Fernando Valley shortly after her daughter was born. She swiftly fell in love with the area and bought a home, which she shares with her husband, her daughter and rescue dogs. She is a neighborhood realtor, with an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and a deep appreciation of the attributes of the many communities within Los Angeles
