Both Carolyn and Merilee bring a background of corporate sales and management to their careers as Realtors. Collectively they bring over 30 years of real estate experience and 400+ transactions ranging from first time home buyers to multi-million dollar estate listings.

CAROLYN TRIEBOLD BIO
As a University of Illinois School of Business graduate with a degree in Business Administration & Marketing, Carolyn began her career with a Fortune 500 company where she excelled in sales. She earned a Master's Degree from California State University in 1993 and feels furthering her education and career is something that not only helps achieve personal success, but also directly benefits her clients. Carolyn obtained her Broker's Real Estate License in 2004 and has been a full time Realtor since, consistently achieving top sales production awards annually, while receiving the highest reviews from her clients. The latter of which she finds most important.
The Real Estate market is constantly changing, and as it does, so too does her skill set. Carolyn believes continuing education and training are paramount to the success of her career and the satisfaction of her clients. In addition, to education and training, she is very involved in the Real Estate industry holding leadership positions on the Local Association of Realtors, as well as the California Association of Realtors. MERILEE IVERSON BIO
As a graduate from Pepperdine University with a degree in International Business Management, Merilee refined her business skills at a Fortune 100 company in the competitive telecommunications field before entering the real estate industry. She obtained her real estate license in 2003 and has since built an extensive resume and an impeccable reputation both as a Realtor and a dedicated advocate for training and mentoring within the real estate industry. The cornerstone of her career is based on providing her clients with exceptional service however her experience is not limited to serving clients but also personally becoming a real estate investor.
As the industry and the local market evolve, Merilee continues to be passionate about educating herself on the latest real estate trends and maintaining an in-depth familiarity with the local real estate climate. Merilee is passionate about utilizing technology and innovative marketing tools to provide clients with an impeccable real estate experience. She has consistently been a top producing agent as well as earning multiple designations and is a California Association of Realtors Certified Forms Trainer.
