TO THE WINNERS OF THE DILBECK HUSTLEMANIA CONTEST
And Hosts the Fuel Your Hustle in Real Estate Virtual Event
On March 29, Dilbeck Real Estate concluded an 8-week internal contest for its agents called Hustlemania. Agents earned points for completing weekly productivity activities centered around growing their business.
“Our ultimate goal with Hustlemania was to help our agents be more successful. We’ve invested in cutting edge technology and provide full-service support. I am confident the more our agents utilize these tools the better position they will be in to grow their business,” said Mark Dilbeck, President of Dilbeck Real Estate.
Throughout the duration of the contest, the top weekly winners in each office were awarded a $25 Visa gift card and the weekly top company winner earned a $100 Visa gift card – leading up to the final contest winners:

“I’m so proud of all of our agents, especially Tony Ashdown, the first-place winner from my office,” said Susan Lindsey, Branch Manager of the Santa Clarita office. “From the very start of the contest Tony really hustled to complete the activities and earn points – he was the weekly company winner for 5 out of the 8 weeks.”
In addition to the Hustlemania contest, Dilbeck also coordinated and hosted Fuel Your Hustle in Real Estate, a virtual event that brought top producing agents from around the country to share their strategies for getting more listings.
“It’s been a really challenging market for listings everywhere and my feeling has been if we can help anybody get listings it will help all of us,” said Mark Dilbeck. “We had panelists from HER Realtors in Ohio, C3 Real Estate in Colorado and our own top producer, Dippy Chhina as well as our featured speaker, Anthony Lamacchia in Massachusetts. The feedback has been great including an agent that said the event renewed her excitement about real estate.”
Dilbeck created a private Facebook group for the event that has over 200 members. The company plans to continue sharing within the group and host more Fuel Your Hustle in Real Estate events.
