We looooove SoCal. Alright, I know, it’s easy to love. Diverse communities, cultural centers, award winning school districts and stunning architecture make Southern California a real estate paradise (and that’s not even mentioning our sun-drenched beaches).

Native to the core, Dilbeck Real Estate has made it more than our business to be community minded, but our passion. Each month, our agents continue to be community leaders and advocates, putting their voices and hearts behind the causes, events and institutions that are near to their hearts.

Whether it’s giving blood for the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital or popping open a few beers for our four-legged friends, Dilbeck agents are always doing what they do best: serving their communities.

Here’s a quick look at just a the few events and causes our agents have proudly supported last month!

City of Hope | Community Blood Drive

Dilbeck Real Estate hosted its annual community blood drive with all donations benefiting the City of Hope, a world leader in the research and treatment of cancer, diabetes, and other serious diseases. They deliver scientific miracles that make lives whole again.

Founded in 1913, City of Hope is one of only 49 comprehensive cancer centers in the nation, as designated by the National Cancer Institute. Each innovative treatment they create gives people the chance to live longer, better and more fully. Learn more about the City of Hope and how you can help here.

The Pasadena Police Activities League (PAL) Golf Classic 2017

Dilbeck Real Estate was proud to be a Diamond Sponsor at the Pasadena Police Activities League Golf Tournament 2017! The Pasadena Police Activities League (PAL) was first introduced to the community in 1997.The PAL Center offers an array of activities designed to enhance the educational, athletic, and artistic experience of young people. PAL continuously strives to realize its mission to “Encourage Pasadena Area Youth to be Good Citizens through a Partnership with the Pasadena Police Department.” The goal is to reach youth at an early age in support of their development by fostering positive attitudes toward authority figures, while providing a safe and stable environment after school to do homework, socialize and participate in structured summer activities.

Pasadena Animal League | Burgers, Barks & Beers

As an Auxiliary of the Pasadena Humane Society (PHS) and SPCA the Pasadena Animal League is helping them achieve more with their initiatives than ever before. We work on many exciting projects to help improve the lives of animals in need and are very proud of the progress we as a team continue to make. Learn more about what we do, who we help, and how we work to promote positive change with the Pasadena Humane Society and SPCA.

Dilbeck agents gathered for a day with their four-legged friends and supported the humane efforts of the PHS and SPCA with, you guessed it, burgers, barks and beer. All proceeds went to Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA’s transportation program to take animals across LA county to a safe haven and help them find a loving forever home. Los Angeles Veterans Collaborative | Military Appreciation Picnic

Dilbeck Real Estate Honors Los Angeles Veterans Collaborative (administered by the USC School of Social Work) and Veterans, Active Military and Wounded Warriors (with special guests: Fergus Golden Retriever Burn Survivor and Love on a Leash Therapy Dogs). On October 15th at Veterans Memorial Community Regional Park, Dilbeck agents came together to welcome all active military and veterans and their families to a complimentary Military Appreciation Picnic in their honor.

The Los Angeles Veterans Collaborative is a structured network of public, private and government agencies working together to reduce suffering and improve the lives of veterans, service members and military families in LA County. This is achieved through strategically improving their access to services, reducing barriers and coordinating care, and influencing policy to improve their lives. Find out how you can help here.
