Licensing Process
Step 1:
Enroll in our Online and Textbook combination “Home Study” California Real Estate License Preparation Program. Study at your own pace with up to one year to complete.
Our Dilbeck Real Estate School provides our students with all 3 college-level courses required by the California Bureau of Real Estate that satisfy the educational requirements for a real estate license in the State of California (California Real Estate Principles, California Real Estate Practice and California Real Estate Appraisal)
We also offer our students a LIVE 8-hour Cram course to help them prepare for and pass the California Real Estate exam the very first time.
Step 2:
Register for the California Real Estate exam
Submit to the California Bureau of Real Estate your “Salesperson Exam/License Application” (form 435) with your 3 completion certificates from your required courses along with your “live scan” fingerprints and the required fees.
Step 3:
Once you have been notified of your exam date it is a good time to schedule your Live 8-hour Cram Course. It is best to coordinate the cram course to be fairly close to the exam date so you can retain as much of the information as possible.
Step 4:
Pass the California Real Estate exam!!!
Step 5:
Call to set an appointment with one of our Dilbeck Branch Managers to explore the opportunities Dilbeck Real Estate offers for Training and Mentoring of new agents.
Step 6:
Begin the interview process to choose a broker and begin your Real Estate Career!
