So What Do You Do Now?

Dilbeck Real Estate supports their new and experienced Sales Partners through a variety of trainings, both in-person and online, to help them develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the real estate industry. This includes:

  1. In-person training: Dilbeck offers in-person training sessions, such as Crush It In Real Estate, at our various offices and outside venues. These sessions may cover a range of topics such as sales skills, marketing techniques, legal regulations and contracts, and technology tools. In-person training provides an opportunity for Sales Partners to interact with their peers and trainers, ask questions, and receive feedback.
  2. Online training: Dilbeck offers online training modules, such as the Ascend Program, that Sales Partners can access from their computer or mobile device. These modules may include video tutorials, webinars, and one-on-one sessions with their MarTek. Online training provides Sales Partners with flexibility in terms of when and where they can learn, at a pace that works for them.
  3. Coaching and mentoring: Dilbeck offers the Mentorship Program for Sales Partners who want more personalized guidance in their career development. This program involves one-on-one meetings with an experienced broker or Sales Manager.

By providing both in-person and online training opportunities, Dilbeck ensures that their Sales Partners have access to the resources they need to thrive in a rapidly-changing industry.
